ATTRACTIONS
There are countless attractions in the city of Cochabamba and its surroundings: architectural jewels, natural beauties and splendid vestiges of the past, converge in the capital of the valleys of Bolivia, giving it a unique atmosphere.
When travelling by the city, or going through its valley, when feeling the blessings of its pleasant climate, you will realize that Cochabamba, for its popular customs, its colonial look and its hallucinating natural landscapes, is one of those places that enter deep into the soul.
These are the places to visit in Cochabamba:
In the City
Cristo de la Concordia: In the San Pedro Mountain there is a monumental sculpture made by Cesar Terrazas Pardo, who wanted to perpetuate in his work the image of a protective Christ. The sculpture is 34.20 meters high and when adding the dimension of the pedestal, it gets to be 40.44 meters high. It weights approximately two tons.
From San Pedro Mountain, you will have the best view of the valley.
