DAY 01: INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL
Reception at your arrival to Lima International Airport and transport to your hotel. There you will receive a briefing on your tour, vouchers covering all the services it includes and additional information on the organisation of your Peru trip.

DAY 02: LIMA: City tour and Larco Herrera Archaeological Museum
After breakfast. Guided sightseeing tour to the most beautiful and significant sites in Lima, the "City of Kings". The tour includes Lima's Historical Centre, crossing Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the City Hall, the Cathedral and its Religious Art Museum, the Church of Santo Domingo, with the tombs of Santa Rosa and San Martin de Porres, and Lima's Colonial Balconies.
We will visit the Convent and Church of San Francisco, the greatest monumental compound of Colonial Art in America and Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The tour includes a visit to this Basilica of 21 altars, its cloistered convent with Capitulary and Clementine Rooms, Chorus and Library. Its Museum shows 11 paintings of the Rubens School, the Sacristy holds paintings of Zurbaran and Ribera. Its great patio is decorated with Seville tiles of the XVI Century, Moorish arches and underground catacombs. We then drive through the residential Districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, passing by the Huaca Pucllana, a ceremonial and administrative centre of the Lima Culture built in the II Century A.C. that the Incas considered as "Ñaupallaqta" or Sacred Town. We will also visit El Olivar Park with olive trees brought from Spain in the XVI Century, the Central Park of Miraflores and Larcomar, a symbol of modern Lima and a tourist and entertainment centre as well as a privileged site to enjoy a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Larco Herrera Museum, for an excellent overview of Peru's ancient past as it holds one of the best private collections of pre-Columbian art in the country. The museum has many fine examples of textile works, such as the piece with a record breaking 398 threads per inch, materials and tools used by ancient Peruvians to produce their ceramics and metal work and Pre-Inca and Inca period ceramics, gold and silver pieces with semiprecious stones. Return to your selected hotel.

DAY 07: LIMA, PERU - SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Transport to the international airport "Jorge Chávez" to board your plane.
Afternoon free, depending on arrival time of your plane. Overnight.

DAY 08: SANTIAGO: City Tour
Breakfast. In the morning a city tour of Santiago de Chile. The first place to visit will be the Cerro Santa Lucia Hill, an important architectural compound, which constitutes an attractive and notable icon in the image of the city. At an altitude of 628 meters, it is the place where the Spaniards originally founded Santiago. Buildings such as the San Francisco Church and Convent with XVI and XVII century architecture present style elements that have survived in traditional Chilean architecture.
We will continue on to the centre of the city, where the Main Square --Plaza de Armas-- with the Cathedral, the Royal Tribunal --Real Audiencia--, the Main Post Office --Correo Central--, which used to be the residence of a Conquistador, and the Municipality of Santiago are situated. A few blocks away from the Plaza we will see La Moneda, which used to be the place where the Spaniards minted their coins, but is the presidential palace since the declaration of Chile's independence from the Spanish Crown.
